Wooden Boats 4 - 12x16 oil

Wooden Boats 4"  While in Port Townsend i took an afternoon and went on a beautiful sailboat, 100 years old. I had my camera with me and took alot of ref photos . This subject was a smaller boat that was on our tail.

Home now ,in my studio . While i was in the marina i started a painting but the two boats that were my subject pulled out so i had to stop. Thank goodness i took a photo when i started. Here is a studio painting done from the photo.
